Hi Ari,

Good to talk to you again, it seems like fate has drawn us together for me to get some answers..maybe.
I've lost friends on my journey..and ila mitra as well, somehow there wasn't this drive or purpose anymore.
Some couldn't comprehend my reasoning or even what I've been doing.
Some, I'm sure by now, consider me a sell out or even burnt out.
It's nearly impossible to explain what has been going on.

An acquaintance said this :

Ben says:
ordeal my arse then
Ben says:
get a job
Ben says:
peopel are starving
Ben says:
ordeal indeed. you ain't lived. but i'm glad you're breathing. go do good things

The problem with this.. okay, the job part is irrelevant, cause I'm juggling 3 jobs already.
The part that left me wondering was the last 4 words.
"Go do good things", this is exactly what I've been thinking and re-thinking, what is good things?
And if it's good, who is it good for?
'Anarchists' or even 'Activists' think they're doing good for the masses, but are they? or is it just good for them.
Politicians? well..much is to be said.
Left wingers have a lot to say about right wingers and vice versa.
Who's right? Hell, I wouldn't know.

Why is life such a paradox?
Socrates was said by the Oracle, to be the smartest man in the world because he knew what he didn't know.
Then the irony strikes, to first be intelligent, you have to know what you don't know, but how can one know what they don't know?
Of course I do find some wisdom in them, it's just quite paradoxical for such a statement to exist..and perhaps more in life.

I used to believe that anarchism(not chaos) would have been key to a peaceful society.
But I started seeing people dying and people crying over death, yes, maybe it was a death unlike war, but there was still...no exact form of peacefulness.
It struck me that the peace I was seeking had been one of 'exterior' to an extent.
The real peace had to come from within.

I see people sticking in their heads up in the air, punk or not, working-class or not, feeling like somebody.
They look like batteries to me, they keep the clockwork running.
Is it true that there has to always be 2 sides of the coin?
Do we always need to have the 'good' and the 'evil'?
Where is the balance?
What is the key out of this rat race?

Yours sincerely,
Next to you in the rat race,
Clement Neil

The only shape that has no starting point

Nov. 2nd, 2007 | 11:16 am

It's a little bottle that we stuff and cast into the open seas.
It's a little part of you that sleeps with the fish.

There's beauty in the chaos.

Oct. 22nd, 2007 | 04:47 am

He shut his door to a student, a friend.
Never has he met someone as scheming.
Much is to be found within the chaos.
A tighter family bond, openess of the soul, resolutions.

It is easy to question who Hebus is but the real question is, who are you?
His job is not to be coherent and even to make anyone understand.
Part of the clockwork, to confuse and to further confuse the rational mind.

He's yet to sleep and in an hour, it's off to work.
Why does he put himself through this cycle?
Perhaps it was the financial stability, perhaps he's chasing after the dragon.

There's so much more that he did be saying if he could.
In due time...in due time.

A Rational Mind

Oct. 21st, 2007 | 03:08 am

Wouldn't it be funny for me to tell you that I had no idea what I was actually trying to tell you?
The beauty of a rational mind, you understand what you thought I was trying to say.

Eyes opened, cannot be shut

Hebus : Revelation 2.25

Creeped into the store to make his worth.
Tagged the bottles, done the adverts.

Our dear friend decided to show him the other side of the coin which he has yet to see for himself.
Hear about it, yes, seen it with his own eyes? Never.
As Elena would have said it, Lust is way more convenient than Love.

The rich used nightspots to bond.
Some go for the sake of entertainment...or to fill an emptiness.
This is what progression has brought us?
That is not to say that the emptiness came with the progress.
It has probably been an age-old issue that most people couldn't cope with.

Some fill the void with laughter.
Others, with Lust.
There'll also be some, who tries to do so with materials.

He got to know about the sex trade.
Our dear philosopher started thinking about the possibilities and tried to understand the situation.
Both sides of the coins were reviewed.
This time, he didn't think of a solution, he knew it well enough that it wasn't a solution he needed.
It was an understanding.

Was Love a term coined to fool the masses?
Afterall, marriage wasn't a partnership and it didn't require consent from both parties back in the earlier days.
Scientists say that it's a chemical reaction that doesn't go beyond 3 years.
..hah, theories.

Some people try to figure out the purpose of life so much, they forgot to start living.
Some people wake up questioning who they are.
The answer to that...

What's your revolution, Hebus?

Oct. 20th, 2007 | 03:10 am

Curtains are drawn, the play begins.
Who stole the airwaves and my plot of land?
Arms are drawn, shots are fired.
No one wins but we'll still die.

Questioned the pauper on why he was poor.
Frowning and dreading, the rich was unsure.
Never-ending, heck, we need a cure.

What used to be about having a systemless, hierachy-less world is now something that doesn't have a direction.
What's your revolution, Hebus?
Many things don't make too much sense now that you flip both sides of the coin up.
A middle ground, a gray area.

Gandhi wanted independence for India.
Che wanted to 'revolutionise' Cuba..and gradually Argentina.
Lee Kuan Yew too, wanted independence for Singapore(Some said there was more to it, but whatever for now).
What's mine?
Brilliant question, it's almost seem like revolution no longer exists in my head.

Many things in life are pre-destined, but if that is true then we shouldn't be doing anything.
What exactly is a revolution now, anyways?
In fact, what is the purpose of questioning my revolution?
I would love to answer that, but what's the point?
I'd only THINK that I've gotten an answer to that but in actual fact, it's only a myth my mind creates to hide the truth.

There is no revolution not because there is a burial of conscience.
Said and done are the revolutions of the past.
We move forward, only to be headin downwards.
What's this?
Life.
